Hello and welcome...

Hi, I'm Tiana. I'm glad you're here. In my work, I focus on supporting young women in their unique path toward healing and wholeness. My style in working with clients is grounded, collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I empower you to recognize and utilize your own strengths as a means to moving through fear, sadness, and insecurities. My aim is to support you in creating new, healthier ways of living, and ultimately, to help you achieve increased peace and intimacy both with yourself and with others.

My clinical training includes working with diverse client populations in individual, couple, family, and group settings at the Family Therapy Institute, the Community Counseling and Education Center, and AHA!. At AHA!, I worked as an in-school and after-school group facilitator for teens and as an individual adolescent counselor.

Prior to my work with AHA!, I collaborated with a team of teachers and UCSB Ph.D. candidates to develop a behavior reflection program at Canalino and Harding Elementary Schools. This program was later developed into a social and emotional learning app called Hello Yello (https://www.helloyello.net/).
