Yin Yoga to Calm Anxiety

A tool some people find helpful for feeling more calm and relaxed is something called Yin Yoga. If you haven't tried it, the first thing you'll notice is that it's quite different from most other forms of yoga. For one thing, the poses are about letting your muscles relax rather than tighten. It's slow, it's not about strength, and it's not going to give you a "work out." It may, however, help you feel more peaceful, cozy, and at ease.

Intro to Yin Yoga! An at home beginners Yin Yoga practice led by Adrienne. In this session we use things that you might have around the house to support, find comfort and restore. This practice is good for anybody who is constantly on the go. Grab a blanket and a pillow and set aside 30 min for yourself. Listen to the sound of your breath and enjoy!
